• in transitions management  : take overs, sell offs, LBOs, Chapter 11, bankruptcies, restructuring

• in innovation management : overall cycle (from creativity generation to product launches and new manufacturing sites)

• in sales & marketing : creation et development of export sales networks (worldwide)

• in finance & controlling : global reporting systems

• in I.T.: selection & deployment of E.R.P. systems, web strategies

 

 

These consulting activities are marketed by Cerveau 2 ("Second brain"),
the 1st consulting firm dedicated to global mentoring in France.

 

JD cofounded Cerveau 2, is the main shareholder, and holds the position of Chief Research Officer.
